The site collects only the data necessary for the services offered (data minimisation principle):

No data is sold or transferred. No profiling is carried out. Form fields are limited to the information that is genuinely useful; consent to the newsletter is separate from any contact request.
Recipients
The data is intended exclusively for the gallery’s team. Technical processors: the site’s host OVH SAS (OVHcloud), and the tool used to send the newsletter by e-mail. Processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are available on request.
Transfers outside the European Union
No transfer outside the EU.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (in particular via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter).
To exercise these rights: contact@secretsdartistes.art, or by post to the gallery’s address. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Data is hosted securely (HTTPS, restricted and named access, backups). In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, the gallery will notify the CNIL and, where appropriate, the individuals concerned, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
