In Or nocturne, Benoît Lupi creates a seascape in which light appears suspended between day and night. Eight boats with pared-back silhouettes punctuate an expanse of blue, their slender masts and luminous reflections establishing a delicate rhythm across the water.
The sky unfolds in shades of intense blue and deep plum, echoing the turquoise and midnight-blue depths of the sea. Where they meet, fragments of gold leaf trace the horizon with a subtle, precious gleam.
